🏆 Bracelet Winners
Two of our community members captured gold in 2024:
- @francisanderson took down the WSOP $800 Independence Day event for a massive $500,000 score 💥
- Millard Hale @undisputed23 shipped the $777 WSOP Online Lucky 7’s, locking up $207,000 — and some serious bragging rights 🏆
💰 Other Notable Runs
The wins didn’t stop at bracelets. Here’s what some of our students and community members accomplished last summer:
- Pol Vela, a recreational player from Barcelona, finished 129th in the WSOP Main Event out of 10,112 players — for $85,000
- Chris Klementis, a software engineer from Calgary, took 13th in the Milly Maker, beating 10,939 players for $96,000
- @MichaelDwyer64 turned a $100 satellite → into a $1k satellite → into a $10K GGPoker Millions seat → and finished 2nd for $1.3 MILLION 🤯
- Michael Brinkenhoff shipped the $1,600 Venetian Seniors for $161,941, then backed it up by winning the $10K Aria High Roller for $146,000
- @Angelajordison & Judy Bielan @MomPoker115 both final tabled the WSOP $5K Seniors, finishing 9th and 10th for a combined $77,000
- @JonahLabranche, an up-and-coming pro from Phoenix, placed 2nd in the WSOP Online PKO $500 for $40,500
- Ben Luber @bmluber, who recently left sales to go full-time, took down the $800 Venetian Deepstack for $37,338 🏆
- David Childs @Oontis, a wealth manager and part-time player, finished 2nd in the Aria $1,100 for $40,000
- @jackiburkhart81, a dental hygienist who plays as a side hustle, finished 4th in the Venetian $1,100 Ultimate Stack for $31,072
- David Erquiaga @dibspid, a pro from the Philippines, finished 4th in the Wynn $100K Turbo for $35,000
- @faustovaldez, our very own JAKAcoaching mid-stakes coach, placed 11th in the WSOP Monster Stack for $90,719
- @martomchat, our high-stakes coach, finished 4th in the Venetian Mystery Bounty for $106,000
- Samantha Brooke (Gonzalez) @garbagestar14 placed 2nd in the LIPS Ladies Event at Venetian for $21,501
- @kenny_thepig (Kenny Hsuing) won a WSOP Deepstack for $21,501 🏆
- Stuart Phillips shipped the June Deepstack Challenge @SHRTPoker for $55,890 🏆
- James Jacka took down the WSOP Seniors Deepstack for $20,115 🏆
